🌑 New Moon in Virgo: A Cleanse of the Soul

This New Moon in Virgo has me thinking about cleansing. Not just our spaces, our routines, or our diets — but the deeper layers. The wounds we carry.

The thing about wounds?
They need to be cleaned to heal.
Otherwise, they fester.

And maybe that’s what this season is asking of us — to clean what we’ve been hiding. To tend to the parts of ourselves we’ve ignored. To bring the balm of truth and support to the places that hurt.

For me, that’s what coaching has been.
A deep and ongoing investment in myself.
In healing. In learning. In unbecoming.
I’ve devoured coaches, mentors, and masterminds like people binge Netflix — not because I thought they had all the answers, but because they helped me uncover my own.

Let’s be honest — nothing I say is brand new.
It’s all been said before.
But the way I see it, interpret it, live it — that’s the gift I bring.

That’s the power of mentorship.
Someone who’s been to the depths.
Who knows what it feels like to crawl through the dark and come out the other side.
Who can meet you at the chasm and say:

“What if we build a bridge?”
“What if we just leap and trust there’s something waiting to catch us?”
“What if I walk with you?”

That’s what coaching really is.
Not fixing.
Not perfecting.
But journeying. Together.

So if you’re in that space — on the edge of something big and raw and real — know this:

✨ You’re not broken.
✨ You’re becoming.
✨ And you don’t have to go it alone.
